Job Description

  • Monitored security cameras, on multiple screens and monitors, for 12 hour shifts up to 6 days a week and reported illicit activities revealed by cameras / CCTV
  • Provided witness statements and copies of surveillance footage for evidence, if needed
  • Answered and directed all calls to appropriate departments
  • Recorded all incidents in appropriate log books
  • Maintained professional attitude and provided effective solutions regarding customer service issues
