Job Description
- To look after the achievement of Sales Targets provided by the DROM, ZOM and Principals.
- To conduct meetings with the Sales Team to increase and have efficient Execution of sales.
- To conduct monthly sales review meetings with the concerned Execution Supervisors.
- To visit market for ensuring smooth sales operations along with maintaining of check and balance and feedback of complains and customers complaints.
- To ensure QMS (Quality Management System) & GDP (Good Distribution Practices) in concern warehouses & co-ordinate with Quality & Compliances team.
- T0 conduct self-inspection & QMS & GDP related trainings if required.
- To ensure maximum Orders Execution.
- To identify new ventures and segments for distribution.
- To review the customer complaints and its resolution / action with minimal time lapse.
- To provide regular sales updates to the Director-Operations.
- To coordinate with HR department for training the respective Sales team (dedicated / shared force) of product.
- To coordinate with the Claims department to review claim reports of the respective product.
- To review potential & key customers and recommend their cheque or credit payment terms.
- To visit approved credit parties.
- To visit market for cash collection.
- To stay in touch with changing market dynamics and competitors strategy to maintain competitive advantage/neck to neck competition along with timely reporting to top management.
- To ensure minimal operating cost.
- To be aware of product enhancements or changes; to understand any specific promotions or advertising campaigns launched and their objectives by the principal in order to get the maximum sales out of Principal’s new moves.
- To maintain professional and productive relationship with all stakeholders to ensure quality service provision at customer end.
- To be flexible and adaptable when required in order to assist sales and service matters.
- To attend and participate in team meetings and briefings.
