Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon partners and key accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting professional cosmetics and haircare products.
• Expand customer base by identifying and onboarding new salons and business opportunities.
• Provide product knowledge, promotions, and commercial support to salon clients.
• Work closely with the education/training team to coordinate in-salon activations and stylist engagement.
• Ensure effective visibility and placement of products at point-of-sale.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or professional salon products.
• Prior experience in salon business or beauty industry will be a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
