Job Description

Premier Sales Private Limited is looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team and gain hands-on professional experience in Human Resources.
 

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening and interview coordination

  • Support onboarding and employee documentation

  • Maintain and update HR records and databases

  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reporting

  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR initiatives

Job Specifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

  • Positive attitude and professional behavior
