Job Specifications


  • The candidate must be a Business graduate from a reputable university having a minimum of 3.0 CGPA and must have 6 months -1 years’ experience in the American market i.e. Call center or with any logistic trading company.
  • Key skills required: (MS EXCEL, COMMUNICATION, EMAIL, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English speaking. 
  • Good Internet Searching and Tracking skills.  
  • Work Timings: 6 pm – 3 am (flexible)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with suppliers, truckers, and freight forwarders for booking, loading confirmation from supplier & then scheduling with a trucker (foreign).
  • Responsible for keeping System Software updated and scheduling of container loads once we get confirmation from the particular supplier (Docs attachments etc.).
  • Payments tracking (Suppliers, truckers & freight forwarders).
  • Sales Invoices to send to respective Customers.
  • Accounts ledger reconciliation (Supplier / Customer)
  • Accounts management (posting entries in our accounting software).
  • New suppliers hunting (USA, Canada, UK & other).
  • Monthly reports. 
  • Any task allocated by the supervisor.
