Job Description

Recruitment and Selection

- Responsible for maintaining the personal files of the employees

- Responsible for completing the documentation of employees

- Maintain & Handle employee information details in (Excel Sheets)

- Maintain data on ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

- Effectively and efficiently fill the position

- Create a pool of deserving candidates for the job in case of advanced need

- Align with branch managers to provide sales staff to maintain & optimize the revenue

- Assist in estimate each branch sales staff requisitions and hire accordingly
